MEMBERSHIP FORM

The Logos society has an official membership for all families with children enrolled in our program. We humbly ask that these families fill out this form and provide a small donation to the society. Funds from this yearly membership go towards the costs of printing our newsletters, Christian based resources for your kids in the classroom, special events and advertising.
